Working Hours: 10am – 3pm – 5 days per week
Previous experience in the motor trade is essential. Using the latest garage management systems to create estimates, job sheets and invoices is a daily routine. Dealing with parts ordering and basic stock control. Customer liaison on telephone, email and social media. Occasional collection and delivery of customers / cars may be required so driving license is essential and preferred clear of penalty points. Working alongside additional receptionist to offer a fantastic customer service level. In return you will be offered a competitive wage and pension scheme

Wage: £23,000 – £28,000 depending upon experience.
Working in a VAG or BMW vehicle specialist would be an advantage but not essential. Good understanding of diagnostic procedures is essential. Ability to work to a set routine / procedure and tidy is key to the smooth operation of our workshop. Using the latest equipment and data systems you will be expected to carry out work such as Timing belt / chain replacements, engine repair work, transmission repair work, diagnostic and programming. Full driving license is essential ab preferred clear of penalty points. In return you will be given the opportunity to gain further experience in specialist training and courses to IMI qualification level. Salary and pension scheme is all subject to applicants qualification and ability.
